Tender for 2 Units of Servers for the Good Governance for Local Development South Caucasus project

The GIZ Armenia is announcing a tender for 2 Units of Servers for the Good Governance for Local Development South Caucasus project.

Technical description of the product and the quantity are presented below. Please bid only on branded (manufacturer assembled) devices. The offered brands in Armenia must have an official service center, an officially licensed service specialist. Relevant documents confirming these two conditions need to be provided.

Delivery must be done within 30 working days after the contract conclusion or as soon as possible.

Submission deadline

If you are interested in performing this work, please submit a bid in accordance with the GIZ bidding conditions described below till 11.04.2021, 17:00AMT (date of receipt at GIZ). Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Your bid may be submitted (A) electronically or (B) as hardcopy.

A – Electronical offer

Please send your proposal package to AM_Quotation@giz.de  with the following subject line: "91161278”.

Your email should be sent only to AM_quotation@giz.de, in case of “to” or “Cc” of other recipients (of GIZ Armenia) your proposal package may not be considered.

All documents must be submitted in PDF format. Please do not put any other recipient in copy.

B – Submission of hardcopy

The envelope containing your proposal must be sealed and be labelled as follows:

Proposal Package

The proposal package must be submitted in AMD. Based on the Decision of the RA Governance Nr. 1091-Ն of 13.07.2006 GIZ is VAT exempted. The price offer should be submitted without VAT.

Procedural questions

Please address any commercial, technical and procedural questions at an early stage. Questions will be answered if they are received at the latest two working days before the closing of the tender. Questions have to be raised in writing via email only to:
