Buddhist Studies Scholarships
Khyentse Foundation Buddhist Studies Scholarships are grants to support individuals who wish to study the Dharma. KF accepts applications from teachers, students, practitioners, scholars, and translators, from all traditions, schools, and sects of Buddhism.
Applications are reviewed by an international selection committee appointed by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche.
KF Buddhist Study Scholarships generally range from US$500 to $3,000, and occasionally more, depending on the project.
Exception:
Students applying to Rangjung Yeshe Institute in Nepal should apply directly to RYI. KF gives RYI an annual amount toward financial aid for ordained sangha, lay students, and work-study participants. Tuition awards are partial or full, depending on need.
