Malaysia Law Scholarship
This prestigious scholarship is generously funded by the College of Arts, Law and Education to encourage a high
performing international student from Malaysia to study in the Bachelor of Law (Direct Entry) degree program, commencing in February, 2018.
Eligibility
Available to an international student from Malaysia who meets the following eligibility criteria:
- is a Malaysian citizen;
- applies to study a Bachelor of Laws (Direct Entry) (63P1) through an authorised representative agent of the University of Tasmania; commencing in Semester 1, 2018;
- has received and accepted an offer for the Bachelor of Laws (Direct Entry) (63P1) commencing Semester 1, 2018;
- has not previously undertaken any tertiary studies (excluding extension studies completed as part of a year 12 program or its equivalent); and
- is not applying for advanced standing/credit.
Ongoing Eligibility
To retain this award, recipients are required to remain enrolled full-time (100% per year) in the Bachelor of Laws (Direct Entry) (63P1) and achieve a Credit (5.0/7.0) cumulative grade point average (CGPA) at the end of each academic year.

Course Fees (approx A$108,000 in total, which includes Student Services & Amenities Fees).
