Description
In this project, advanced functional materials will be developed utilising chemical vapor deposition (CVD) methods. The material structures will be analysed using X-ray techniques (XPS, XRD) and advanced microscopy (SEM, TEM).
A working knowledge of CVD, advanced microscopy with the background of semiconducting nanomaterials would be of benefit to someone working on this project.
