The Nuffield Department of Population Health (NDPH) contains world-renowned population health research groups and provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching.

The NDPH Fellowship programme is intended to support suitably experienced individuals to develop an independent research area which will enhance Population Health research in Oxford. You will carry out individual and/or collaborative research activity within a wider research programme and provide guidance to less experience members of the research group. It is envisaged that Fellowships will be linked to a University of Oxford College.

Clinical Fellowships are awarded for 3 years with a possible extension for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory review. Funding will be provided to support research programme costs, including a research assistant if required.

Applicants will have completed a PhD or an MD, have a track record of high impact research papers and will typically have completed several years specialist training (NTN).

The position is full-time (part-time considered) and fixed-term for 3 years.

Early Career Research Fellowships are awarded for 2 years, and funding will be provided to support research programme costs. Applicants should have, or be close (6 months) to completion of a relevant PhD or equivalent relevant experience and the ability to contribute to proposals and publications.

The position is full-time (part-time considered) and fixed term for 2 years.
