The Antwerp Summer School in Philosophy and Society seeks to address philosophical issues and problems pertaining to recent developments in Western societies. Its specific aim is to reflect on some of the major themes and debates that have recently emerged in the public sphere.
This edition will focus on the presence of Arts, Ontology, and Politics during an six-day intensive programme. With leading international scholars in the fields of philosophy and contemporary social and political philosophy.

Target group
Master students in philosophy, but open to advanced Bachelor, Master and PhD students in philosophy or a closely related field. Participants should have at least completed two full years of undergraduate education (Bachelor level). PhD students in the arts can also apply. The number of participants will be limited to 20 students.
