You are invited to participate in The Seventh International Conference on Digital Information and Communication Technology and Applications (DICTAP2017) that will be held in Slovakia, on June 29 - July 1, 2017. The event will be held over three days, with presentations delivered by researchers from the international community, including presentations from keynote speakers and state-of-the-art lectures.
BEST registered papers will be published in one of the following special issues provided that the author do major improvements and extension within the time frame that will be set by the conference and his/her paper is approved by the chief editor:
- International Journal of New Computer Architectures and their Applications (IJNCAA)
- International Journal of Digital Information and Wireless Communications (IJDIWC)
- International Journal of Cyber-Security and Digital Forensics (IJCSDF)
- International Journal of E-Learning and Educational Technologies in the Digital Media (IJEETDM)
Paper Submission
Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically(via original web page). Submitted paper should not exceed 15 pages, including illustrations. All papers must be without page numbers. All papers will be fully refereed by a minimum of two specialized referees. Before final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
SDIWC policy is to publish the papers of absent authors. However, it is highly recommended to do it online through Skype or record a video and upload it to some media such as Dropbox.
Papers should be submitted electronically as pdf format without author(s) name(s).

Please provide following information in your email: Names and complete address details of all authors (including email addresses), and Title of the submission.

Accepted Paper Submission Process
Please do the following when you send the camera ready paper.
STEP 1: Revise your paper(s) according to the reviewers comments.
STEP 2: Format your paper according to the following template Microsoft Word or Latex.
STEP 3: Send the camera ready paper to dictap17 [at] sdiwc [dot] net.
STEP 4: Send fully-completed signed copyright form by email to dictap17 [at] sdiwc [dot] net.
STEP 5: Register for the Conference and send an email to dictap17 [at] sdiwc [dot] net to confirm your registration submission
STEP 6: Go through the list of near hotels so you can book your room.
All registered papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference and in the Digital Library (You may access via original web page) of SDIWC.

The registration fees cover 2-3 lunches/dinner and one local scientific tour. However, it does not include lodging/accommodations or transportation. Researchers can cancel their registration provided that they inform the committee two months before the conference dates, and they will be refunded after deducting 100 USD as processing fee for the online payment gateway. All payments are done online through our online payment gateway. Please use a credit card. Debit cards cannot be accepted. The accepted orders are via Visa, MasterCard, American express, PayPal, and Discovery.
