Real Responsibilities
- Leading and co-leading of marketing projects for one of our divisions
- Conducting market research, forecasting
- Creating and implementing new product launch strategies
- Adapting international product concepts to Polish market
- Contributing to the construction and management of the media plans
- Designing and implementing Point-of-Sale marketing materials
- Cooperating with advertising agencies, media houses, suppliers
- Cooperating with sales, logistics, category management departments

Required skills and abilities
- Master’s Degree Student or Young Graduate with less than 2-year full-time working experiences
- Strong communication, analytical and networking skills
- Sense of beauty, creativity, innovation
- Able to act fast, decision-maker
- Business oriented (experience gained through internships, studying abroad, activity in student organizations)
- Flexible, self-motivated
- Fluent Chinese & English
