We welcome talented Senior Javascript Developer to design and build the core HTML5 applications (Joomag Viewer, Crater™ online Editor etc.).
Job responsibilities:
- Be responsible for performance, quality, and responsiveness of HTML5 applications
- Be a team member, contribute and motivate teamwork according to Scrum methodology
- Be responsible for team’s results
- Enhance working skills, grow and constantly share knowledge while day-to-day operations
- Attend coordination meetings in person or through other means if not collocated
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- 3+ years professional experience working with Object-Oriented JavaScript and JavaScript front-end frameworks
- Strong knowledge and clear understanding of object oriented design patterns
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, HTTP
- Strong knowledge of local storages
- Strong understanding of AJAX
- Expertise with browser performance best practices: DOM rendering, script and asset load optimizations
- Experience with Sass or LESS CSS transpilers
- Experience with developing with REST APIs, JSON/XML data manipulation, Ajax, and cross-origin issues/solutions
- Knowledge of Doxygen comments
- Experience with WebStorm
- Experience with JIRA or other issue/task tracking systems
- Experience with GIT
- Experience with Stash, Github or BitBucket
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban or other similar project management methodologies
- Fluency in technical written English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Node.js, Grunt, React, and AngularJS
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
