CALL FOR INTEREST – Photographer Services
The “Support to SME development in Armenia” (SMEDA) project invites highly qualified and professional photographers for cooperation for a period of one year (June 20, 2017- May 30, 2018).
SMEDA is co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ Private Sector Development in South Caucasus Programme. SMEDA is part of the EU4Business and EU4Innovation initiatives of the European Union.
The objective is to ensure professional photos illustrating SMEDA’s activities in progress, its achievements/impact and successes to be used for communication, dissemination and visibility of the project among beneficiaries, partners and donors both locally and internationally. The photos are used for the project webpage, for print material, for information campaigns, exhibitions etc.
What is expected - SMEDA project is actively engaged in different activities and events such as round tables, workshops, Public -Private-Dialogue Events (PPD), trainings, forums, expos, study trips, presentations, company visits, preparation of books, booklets and reports, running of project’s website and other sectoral websites, and a number of other activities that are covered by the five main Result Areas (RA) of the project. All these activities require professional photo shooting that allows to depict and illustrate the project’s progress in action, its beneficiaries, end results, achievements and successes in the areas of SME support, innovation, clusters, access to finance, networking events, support to startups, sector organisations, policy advise, etc.
What is required – The applicants should be professional photographers with formal training in professional photography and fine arts, sound experience in professional photo shooting assignments both for local and international clients, with ability to work under tight schedules, ability to travel, ability of team work (possible cooperation with content writers, web developers, event organisers, as well as SMEDA team members).
Selection process – is competitive and will be done based on the submitted financial and technical offers, and portfolio of professional photo shootings.
