BetConstruct is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, active and positive person to become part of our HR team as an HR Assistant.
Job Responsibilities
- Administrative duties
-Complete a wide variety of administrative duties.
-Set appointments, arrange meetings, maintain calendars, copy files, enter data into computer systems and track payments or other information.
- Recruitment/Job Placement
-Be involved in recruiting, hiring or training of new employees.
-Post job openings, gather resumes of applicants, contact references and inform the applicants about interview results.
-Answer questions from employees or the public concerning the company.
- New Hire/Termination
-Process the new hire paperwork and fulfill legal requirements.
-Perform new hire reporting with the respective state agency by the required time frame.
-Ensures that the new hire fills out all the needed forms.
Job Requirements
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages (preferably native proficiency)
-Participation in international exchange or educational programs is a huge plus,
-Excellent communication and listening skills,
-Extremely positive attitude,
-No experience in the field is required
