The Ayb Educational Foundation is looking for a Financial Department Assistant.

Job Title: Financial Department Assistant
Term: Full time
Start Date: July 20, 2015
Duration: Long term, with three-month probation period
Location: 19a Koryun St., Yerevan
Application Deadline: June 25, 2015

Job Summary and Duties
- Assistance in current tasks of the Financial Department
- Preparing documentation and performing the secretary tasks of the Financial Department
- Carrying out certain tasks individually
- Communicating with co-workers on financial issues

Required Qualifications
- Higher education (a degree in Economics or Mathematics is preferred)
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, particularly good knowledge of Excel)
- Good knowledge of Armenian; good command of Russian and English is preferred
- Experience in the financial field is preferred

- Ability to make calculations
- Good sense of responsibility and attention to minor details
- Ability to work on a tight timetable and time management skills
