Job Description
BetConstruct is seeking a highly qualified Corporate Lawyer to provide analysis and counsel on legal, policy, and environmental issues, as well as anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company. Moreover, the candidate must develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues.
Job Responsibilities
-Consult and handle all corporate legal processes
-Draft, review, negotiate and administer all contracts and other documents
-Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
-Provide legal advice and support to legal issues, manage legal processes, litigation and business transactions
-Analyze and identify legal risks and implications
-Liaise with external legal counsel and/or specialists
-Handle ad hoc assignments
Required Qualifications
-MA Degree in Law
-At least 4 years of work experience in the related field
-Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-High degree of professional ethics and integrity
