Call Center Agent – Turkish and English Languages (Night shift)
Job Description
Are you an active and communicative person with profound knowledge of Turkish and English? A night owl to work at night (02:00 – 10:00)?Then, go ahead and send your resume in order to join our Customer Service team.
Job Responsibilities
-Deliver customer service through online and phone support
-Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
-Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
-Translate database information about registered bets
Required Qualifications:
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Turkish languages
-Excellent listening and communication skills
-Customer service skills
-Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
-Ability to work as a part of a team
-Ability to be patient and understanding
-Experience in the field is a plus
