Call Center Agent – Turkish and English Languages (Evening shift)

Job Description:

Are you an active and communicative person with profound knowledge of Turkish and English? Do you want to work as a full time employee with evening shift (18:00-02:00)?Then, go ahead and send your resume in order to join our Customer Service team.

Job Responsibilities:

-Deliver customer service through online and phone support 
-Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments 
-Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests 
-Translate database information about registered bets 

Required Qualifications

-Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Turkish languages 
-Excellent listening and communication skills 
-Customer service skills 
-Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure 
-Ability to work as a part of a team 
-Ability to be patient and understanding 
-Experience in the field is a plus
