JOB DESCRIPTION: IT administrator is responsible for administration of AS Bank 4.0 Operational Day software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform operations in AS Operational Day software within assigned authorities
  • Perform Operational Day closing functions
    • Define closing operations
    • Create and set tasks
    • Open/close operational day
    • Reset account values
    • Execute standing orders
    • Repay debts in all sub-system modules, calculate interests, verify prices, terminate lines of credit and close agreements
    • Classify assets and make reserves
    • Sum up/analyze the failures/errors occurred while closing the operational day, forward them to relevant business unit for troubleshooting
  • Advise the users and make recommendations on the most user-friendly options of the system
  • Export data to Internet Bank system
  • Export data to OLAP
  • Set CBA exchange rates and reset account values, import securities yield curve and Register data values into the system
  • System operations
    • Prepare user reports
    • Manage documents
    • Enhance system descriptions
    • Manage connections
    • Manage document print templates
    • Configure utility payments
    • Arrange testing of new or updated versions, finalize results
    • Participate in operations of integration with other systems
    • Prepare templates exported from Operational Day system, import templates into the system
    • Provide user support, analyze system failures

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in engineering or economics
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of banks & banking legislation and bylaws
  • Strong knowledge of AS Bank 4.0 software
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
  • Communication skills and courteous manners
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and handle stressful situations

REMUNERATION: according to “S” grade of the Bank’s remuneration scale (AMD 100,000-2,000,000)
