TITLE: Administrative Assistant
TERM: Full-time
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia
JOB DESCRIPTION: “Hnet” LLC is looking for a highly motivated and success-driven personality to work as an Administrative Assistant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly respond to the incoming phone calls and messages
- Organize and order the stationary and office supplies for office needs
- Implement good customer service, provide the customers/subscribers with the necessary information and support them to the regulation of corresponding issues/problems
- Receive cash payments of the subscribers' at the office
- Prepare letters, applications, references, orders, licenses and if necessary do translations
- Coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing documents
- Upon request copy, classify and store office documents
- Support the preparation of Employment Contracts, Orders and Timesheets
- Assist in the preparation of accounting and financial documents
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher Education,
- Work experience in administrative sphere is preferred;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language, good knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable,
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Windows operation system and MS Package: MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Diligence and high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective team-player
