Internship in Supply Chain Integration, process and system performance
About the department
The position
You will be supporting the team with the following tasks: collection of process data from our systems, data analysis and presentation of findings, preparation and conduction of workshops, participate in project discussions around challenges and possible solutions, lead time measurements for data creation for system and production processes, preparation of presentations. You will be working both with Line of Business; following-up with production sites as well as with various projects such as Serialisation.
- Internship Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 6 months
- Start date: 1 September 2017
Qualifications
You are currently studying at university or equivalent for your Master’s degree with a strong interest and/or background in business processes, data analysis and supply chain management. You have excellent skills within data analysis in excel and potentially Alteryx and Tableau as well as the ability to present and communicate your findings both visually and orally. Experience with SAP and process management is an advantage but not a requirement as we will provide the necessary support to get you started. We expect you to have excellent English skills in both reading and writing and that you have the skills to take responsibility for complex tasks involving many different stakeholders across different business areas.
Furthermore, you must have the ability to work independently using your sound personal judgment to make wise decisions and to ask when in doubt.
As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. Your strong interpersonal skills assist you in creating trustful relations across professions and business areas and you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work even when the pressure is on.
You like being part of a professional team, have a high energy level, take initiative (proactive thinking) and work with a high level of engagement. You are motivated by being challenged both professionally and personally.
