HIVE announces its new focus on investment in Armenian entrepreneurs. HIVE’s new mission is to invest in daring Armenian entrepreneurs who build global companies.

HIVE offers seed and early-stage equity investment to Armenian founders or companies that hire talent in Armenia. With a newly expanded fund, HIVE not only provides funding for Armenian founders around the world, but offers operational guidance and access to its network of world-class talent and advisors. HIVE also promotes innovation and entrepreneurship among the next generation of aspiring Armenian entrepreneurs through events and workshops.

The HIVE Seed Fund invests in and partners with early stage startups worldwide, from Silicon Valley to Armenia. Companies in HIVE’s portfolio build disruptive technology solutions, look to develop teams in Armenia, and solve global challenges. The HIVE team works closely with each of its portfolio companies to connect them with the resources they need to scale.

HIVE’s current portfolio includes talented teams such as Wakie, CodeFights, OutChat, News Deeply, Discotech and Lionsharp. Upon applying for investment at HIVE, startups will be invited to a live pitch with the HIVE team for initial consideration. HIVE accepts and reviews applications on a rolling basis.
