CEUiLab Global Startup Bootcamp
Do you want to transform your business idea into innovation? Are you considering your own venture? Do you have a young startup and want to be trained in entrepreneurship and business development?
Join the CEUiLab Global Startup Bootcamp on June 29, which is is a structured blend of practical teaching sessions, experiential learning tools, case studies, situation games, team assignments, clinics and one-on-one mentor sessions. During the Bootcamp participants will work on mock business projects in groups to practice entrepreneurship skills directly applicable to their own projects.
It is designed to give you the tools, confidence and network to turn your business idea into a successful venture:
- Validate your business idea, identify the best business model and marketing strategy
- Develop an entrepreneurial mindset, learn how to increase your chances and avoid common downfalls
- Learn from entrepreneurs, mentors and investors in the rich network of CEU’s innovation ecosystem
- Get advice on specific issues such as investment readiness, technical and market due diligence
- Pitch your startup and qualify for incubation or acceleration at the CEU InnovationsLab.
CEU InnovationsLab - iLab
CEU iLab is Central European University’s award-winning startup incubator. Launched in 2016, it is CEU’s flagship initiative to nurture a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, link academia and business, and implement global incubation and acceleration best practice in Hungary and Central Europe.
Since its launch, the CEU iLab’s teams have raised over € 5 million in equity. Its success stories include Absorice, BrokerChooser, Salarify and Talk-A-Bot. Target group
The course is designed for participants who either have a business idea or think that during their career they might start their own business, for those who want to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and skills. Thus, we are waiting for applications from open minded participants who are passionate for business, good at and willing to be working in a team. Holding a university degree is preferable.
Pre-requisites
No special pre-requisites are required.
Language requirement
The language of instruction is English, thus all applicants have to demonstrate a strong command of spoken and written English to be able to participate actively in discussions at seminars and workshops. Some of the shortlisted applicants may be contacted for a telephone interview.
