Grant Lingard Scholarship
Description
These scholarships were established by the estate of Peter Lanini in memory of Grant Lingard (1961-1995), a graduate of the School of Fine Arts:-
"...Lingard will be remembered for his wit, zen style and meticulous economy of imagery, which gave the viewer lingering images of beauty and veiled reminders of darker subjects." C. Moore Hardy. Review of Swanasong at First Draft, Sydney 1996.
Eligibility
Several scholarships are available annually to full-time students about to enter the final year of a BFA degree in the School of Fine Arts at the University of Canterbury.
