BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School has designed a Master’s Degree program that is focused on leadership and development, allowing the program to focus on the vital aspects of human capital management.

This program is coordinated by Professor Clara Prat, who is an executive coach and consultant, with more than a decade of work experience in leadership and HR coaching, as well as teaching. All of the professors are working professionals, not just academics. Whether you are pursuing a career within a large corporation or a young startup, this master program will enable you to connect with the right teachers that have the ¨know how¨ of the business world.
The students also have the opportunity to undertake paid internships at Barcelona based companies to gain even more hands-on skills.

Final Master Project: Business plan or a research thesis
The students have the chance to develop their project either alone or with other students in the group. The project is normally an opportunity for the students to truly develop a business idea they have.
