BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School has designed an Online Master’s Degree program that is focused on leadership and development, allowing the program to focus on the vital aspects of human capital management.
Upon graduation, the students are equipped with all of the necessary skills and knowledge, to become managers and directors of human resources, ready to face modern day challenges in this field.
The online master has been designed specifically for working professionals or other people who cannot attend physical classes. The classes are done through a virtual campus, where the students interact with the professors and their virtual classmates. There are no specific hours to attend classes, but 3 deadlines in each module to be met, which means that the students can study at their own free time, as long as they meet their deadlines for each module. This methodology allows interactive and dynamic classes for students from every corner of the world.
This program is coordinated by Professor Clara Prat, who is an executive coach and consultant, with more than a decade of work experience in leadership and HR coaching, as well as teaching. All of the professors are working professionals, not just academics.
