NOTED PHOTO are excited to introduce its‘Feel with the Eye’ contest series; a series of photography contests for professionals and enthusiasts alike who share our passion for photography.
Each contest within the ‘Feel with the Eye’ series will have different topic, but will follow the theme of capturing emotional and captivating images. We are asking for images that need no further explanation, those that speak to the heart and the eye, creating an instant reaction that we can all immediately relate to.
The ‘Feel of the Land’ photography contest focuses on the wonders of landscape photography. There is no limitation as to what should be the focus of your landscape; it can be set in nature, it can be an urban or city landscape, it can even be something more abstract. Landscapes of any scale and of any subject are welcome.
The ‘Feel of the Land’ contest is an opportunity for photographers to show us where they see beauty in the world, which could be anywhere from a remote, natural setting or the beauty in your backyard. Whether you choose to photograph a traditional landscape or something a little more off-beat, what we’re looking for are photographs that instantly captivate and capture the eye.
ENTRY
Participants can submit just 1 photograph per registration, choosing to submit the image they feel is most appropriate for the contest. Two winners will be selected for the ‘Feel of the Land’ photography contest. One will be chosen by the NOTED PHOTO team, and the other will be voted for by the public. Public voting will open after the final submission deadline, so be sure to share your entry across social media so that as many people can vote for you as possible.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open for all regardless of their location or nationality. No professional qualification is required.
PRIZES
2 winning proposals and 6 honourable mentions will be selected. NOTED PHOTO contest organisers will award a US $3,000 in prize money to contest winners as follows:
- Jury Favorite - US $2,700
- Public Favorite (most votes) - US $300
The winners will get international media coverage and will be featured on the NOTED PHOTO website and social networks. NOTED PHOTO contest organisers will also acknowledge the outstanding performance of all winners and honourable mentions with Certificates of Achievement.
