About the Summer School
Have you ever heard of Viral advertising? No? Trust our advice. This is an absolute must for everyone with the ambition to study marketing and is serious about it.
Capacity: Max 20 Students
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 14:00
Credits: ECTS = 5. You will receive an official Certificate of Attendance upon completion of your course by Czech-us agency which you may use to show evidence of the skills you have learnt during the course, it will then be up to your home university if these credits can be applied as study credits at your home university. By taking this course with a UNYP lecturer, you will be eligible at UNYP for a single credit discount to be applied to a UNYP course, of course requiring that all assignments are passed from the SSC lecturer.
Price: All course materials and organization of afternoon and evening activities are included in the Course fee. You will also receive a Welcome and a Goodbye drink. There is a 50EUR application fee for all students registering after 15.5.2015 from countries outside Czech and Slovak republic. - Apply fundamental marketing concepts and participate in marketing discussions.
- Analyse the marketing efforts of existing for-profit or non-profit organizations.
- Identify ethical issues in marketing decision-making.
- Demonstrate the ability to research and gather current and relevant information related to marketing issues.
- Develop and orally present a compelling marketing plan for an existing product or service.
Electronic Devices in the Classroom:
In this class, you are encouraged to bring your mobile phone, video camera, camera and computer to class each day. We will be using this technology to carry out and edit our promotions. Laptop or tablet is also necessary.
