About Internship Program
- 6-month or 12-month full time internship; interns will start in the third week of Jun 2016

Requirements
- 2nd or 3rd year university students in any disciplines from Hong Kong universities
- Strong analytical skills, business sensitive with ability to manage complexity
- Self-motivated, creative and entrepreneurial
- Interested in digital and social media
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Authorized to work in Hong Kong

Openings
Commercial Intern
- Create animation plan per client (Give with Purchase, price off, showcard, etc.) and follow up on good execution on Point of Sales
- Prepare meeting with clients, maximize orders from clients (assortment recommendation)
- Interact effectively with marketing, field supervisors, merchandising, logistics, etc. on operational level
- Prepare business reviews
Human Resources Intern
- Participate in the whole recruitment workflow from requisition, screen resumes, interview, contract signing, etc.
- Coordinate newcomer orientation program
- Assist with company event
- Assist with training calendar planning and program logistics
Marketing Intern
- Assist the team with developing promotional materials and implement new product launches
- Propose and implement marketing plans
- Work closely with other departments (Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Training, etc.) and suppliers to support marketing objectives
- Prepare analytical reports on market and consumer data
Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Intern
- Assist Visual Merchandising team with preparing and planning for new launches and promotions
- Strive for in-depth understanding of merchandising through hands-on project experiences
- Work with marketing team on designing Point of Sales and launch-guidelines; coordinate printings and its distribution
- Update planograms for product display in stores
- Regular in-store visits and update the competitor analysis report
Supply Chain & Logistics Intern
- Assist with the supply and demand planning process and participate in forecast meetings
- Involve in the daily operations with suppliers, marketing team and sales team
- Assist the team with preparing analytical reports
- Support on demand planning and inventory monitoring
Retail & Education Intern
- Support Retail and Management team on business management
- Drive productivity and sales growth through: sales key performance index analysis, staff performance review, productivity analysis, etc.
- Provide administrative support to the team such as data entry and data consolidation, etc.
- Assist the team with improving retail operations efficiency and effectiveness
