Under the patronage of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah And direct support of his excellency the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, the third session of the Kuwait grand photography contest organized by Phoenix company and chaired by the founder of the contest Mr.Jassim Jassim. The contest which saw the light in 2014 was exclusive to photographers in Kuwait in its first version and has grown in the year to follow to allow photographers in the GCC countries. “In its third term, Kuwait Grand Photography Contest has gone INTERNATIONAL as a part of our strategic plan for expansion.” Kuwait grand Photography Contest was found to support photographers of all classes and categories. The contest aims to develop the art of photography by stimulating and attracting the largest possible number of photographers by introducing a professional contest with high motivational prizes. The contest also seeks to be one of the most professional competitions in the world, receives the distinguished creative works from various schools and techniques in multiple categories introduced by competition. |

To participate
- Register through the official website of the contest www.kwtphotography.com
- After registration, a title of every photo should be provided.
- Follow the steps of the website to complete uploading the photos.
- When filling the form along with the photo titles, only numbers and characters can be used. Don’t use special characters and symbols such as (!@###$%^&*), at any stage of data entry neither as the name of the uploaded image.
- The maximum number of photos that can be submitted for each category is five photos, and 3 photos for the Grand category.
- The first photo of each category is free of charge.
- To submit more than one photo in any category a fee of $25.00/ allows you to upload the maximum number of photos in all gategories.
- Fees collection are provided through electronic payment system only.
- Payments are not needed to be paid on the spot and can be paid any time before the deadline to be able to qualify besides the free photo of each category.
Contestants:
- Contestants should be 18 years or older.
- Contestants are allowed to participate in any or all of the categories (Hero, Kuwait, Landscape, Wildlife, Sports, People & Portrait and General)
- The maximum number of photos that can be uploaded in any category is 5 photos; except for the Hero category (grand prize) only 3 photos can be uploaded.
- Photos uploaded into one category cannot be uploaded again into different category. The judging panel will exclude all duplicates.
- Closing date for participation will be 1st of March 2016.
- All photos should be presented as digital files and submitted electronically though the official website. Submitting the photos through the email or any other means will not be accepted.

The first photo of each category is free of charge.
