Participant Eligibility: All interested
Application Period: June 16th – June 30th, 2015, 5:00pm (Korea time)
Entry Process: Online Submission (http://english.visitkorea.or.kr/enu/PK/PK_EN_14_1.jsp)
Photo Qualifications: Up to 5 entries taken after January 1st, 2014 that have not been published
Entries will not be returned, and KTO may use awarded entries only.
Size: JPG format at least 2,200 x 3,200 RGB pixels
Original file only. Revised, reformatted or otherwise modified files will not be accepted.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on August 17th, 2015 (tentative) via email and the KTO
website (http://kto.visitkorea.or.kr/kor/notice/compe/photo/photoContest_pre.kto)

In the rare event that all entries fail to meet the expected standard of excellence, prizes may not be awarded.
IV. Notice
Photos that have won in other contests (including revised and altered versions), were used for commercial purposes and/or published, imitations or composites will be rendered ineligible and applicant will be barred from any KTO contest for 3 years. Awarded entries will be canceled.
The KTO assumes full ownership of submitted materials upon submission and may use images in any shape or form for promotion, publication, distribution to a third party, etc. Contest entrants waive property rights upon submission. Awarded entries will be exhibited and published in book & postcard form, uploaded on KTO’s photo gallery website, and may be used in various publications and events for promotional purposes.
All entries must have acquired any and all necessary copyright laws and/or rights pertaining usage of photos. Entrant shall bear sole and exclusive responsibility for consequences arising from infringement of such rights and laws.
If person(s) in picture is identifiable, entrant will be contacted and asked to download and submit “Photo Portrait Release Agreement.” If release agreement is not submitted, entry will be omitted from judging.
