Position Marketing Manager

Personal and Professional Job Requirements

Education  Marketing, Economic, Design Degree
Foreign Languages Fluent English (mandatory). A second language is a plus.
Professional Background Wide marketing and trade marketing experience in Luxury good companies, Design, capital goods, durable goods of high brand / high positioning, hotel and leisure, global services companies

Previous Experience

  • Relevant experience in managing complex projects
  • Managing special events, exhibitions, trade show solutions
  • Coming from multinational companies with strong corporate brand identity and matrix organisation
  • Team management

Mission Of The Role
Guarantee effective deployment of marketing and communication activities, according to marketing plans defined with HQs and Country Manager 


  • Define the local segments market strategies in terms of campaigns, initiatives and events, proposing the correct mix of activities capable of achieving the agreed targets in terms of leads and revenues
  • Define the deployment of all sell-in and sell-out tools (events, mailing, web mkgt) in order to generate leads, order, sales in accordance to Segments Sales strategies
  • Manage marketing investments needed to generate expected profitable growth and allocate financial resources among business building activities
  • Monitor ROI through pre and post analyses of results
  • Ensure effective launches of new products into the local market by bundling together marketing activities and creating partnership with key industry’s influencers
  • Leverage merchandising value and assure proper stock management and control
  • Guarantee best use of CRM to have clean and update market data and support sales force productivity improvement
  • Guarantee quality layout/project design in line with Corporate standards
  • Guarantees implementation of Technogym cultural model through company policies and procedures implementation and localization, compliant to Corporate Governance
