JOB TITLE: CRM Junior Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ameriabank’s CRM Team is open for young professionals with strong operational, organizational and analytical skills to provide project support for the team’s activities and ensure seamless operation of the CRM system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer CRM database (initial information input, database clean-up, input data check-up);
  • Enter data & maintain records/updates of customer queries and complaints on CRM application;
  • Serve as contact person between internal customers and technical/administrative department
  • Assistance to internal customers in generation of quantitative reports from CRM application;
  • Guide entry for internal customers to CRM application and act as hotline for the users;
  • Receive internal/external customer complaints and initiate complaint management process;
  • Resolve issues by advising appropriate actions; redirect or escalate complex cases to the concerned parties;
  • Outgoing calls and correspondence to collect complaint related information from internal and external customers;
  • Participate in CRM unit’s projects;
  • Perform any task in line with his/her competencies, in the department, as required by the management and according to department’s/ company’s objectives

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm, a financial institution, or IT company (experience in customer service preferable)
  • Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members
  • Proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen business and consulting skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
  • University degree in management, IT, finance, social sciences
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English

REMUNERATION: Ranging from AMD 100,000 to 2,000,000, according to the “S” grade of the bank remuneration scheme.
