This year the main theme of the competition is The Challenge.
The Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) is an independent award established in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
The Theme
Photographers are very familiar with the challenges faced in their line of work. They often have to deal with challenges in order to be able to capture the right image at the right moment and deliver the intended message or provoke the right feelings.So, this year the main theme of the competition is The Challenge.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and over from all over the world.
Categories
There are four categories:
- "The Challenge";
- "Digital manipulation";
- "Portfolio";
- "General" category: Color and Black & White.
You can submit photos through the official HIPA website.
