Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) is organizing the second Global Innovation Forum titled “Transforming Intelligence” that will take place from October 16 to 18 in Yerevan, Armenia.

GIF19 is set to explore the impact of AI on science and society from the scientific, technological and industrial perspectives. As such it will explore AI in two tracks: Society & AI (Superforecasting, AI for Technology) and Science & AI (ML and Physical Sciences, ML and Life Sciences). The Forum will gather leading scientists and thought leaders who are going to engage in academic discussions and visionary debates, sharing their expertise with each other and the participants.

GIF19 will be held in the atmosphere of futurism enlivened with enthralling immersive experience. It will act as a platform to bridge academia and industry, assembling the brightest minds and executives from both worlds to shape the future of scientific and technological transformation.

On 29-31 October 2018 inaugural Global Innovation Forum has gathered over 600 participants from 21 countries presenting over 300 organisations. Under the umbrella of “Engineering the Evolution” the participants of GIF - cutting-edge researchers, entrepreneurs, and innovators from around the world had the opportunity to discuss the latest achievements and emerging technologies from the frontiers of biology to the future of intelligence.

GIF will be held during the Aurora Forum, which is a new arena for global citizens who aspire to tackle the world’s pressing challenges by embracing the best humanitarian and educational practices to further social, cultural, scientific-technological developments. To be held in October 2019, in Armenia, the Aurora Forum will feature activities and discussions that will highlight Armenia as a focal case for a global ambition.
