All registered papers will be published in SDIWC Digital Library - http://sdiwc.net/digital-library/index.php, and in the proceedings of the conference.
All the submitted papers will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers. The published proceedings will be indexed in ResearchBib, ProQuest, and Google Scholar Databases, in addition they will be submitted forPOSSIBLE inclusion within the INSPEC, EI, DBLP, Microsoft Academic Research, and ResearchGate.
BEST registered papers will be published in one of the following special issues provided that the author do major improvements and extension within the time frame that will be set by the conference and his/her paper is approved by the chief editor:

Paper Submission
Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically. Submitted paper should not exceed 15 pages, including illustrations. All papers must be without page numbers. All papers will be fully refereed by a minimum of two specialized referees. Before final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
SDIWC policy is to publish the papers of absent authors. However, it is highly recommended to do it online through Skype or record a video and upload it to some media such as Dropbox.

The registration fees cover 2-3 lunches/dinner and one local tour. However, it does not include lodging/accommodations or transportation. Researchers can cancel their registration provided that they inform the committee two months before the conference dates and they will be refunded by their registration after detecting 100 USD as processing fee. All the payments are done online through our online payment gateway. Please use a credit card. Debit cards cannot be accepted.
