Cardiff University International Elite Scholarships
These prestigious scholarships are designed to reward the brightest, most talented music students from around the world. Ten scholarships worth £1500 each will be available for the academic year 2016/17 for international student applying to the MA in Music programme.
Scholarships will be awarded to applicants on a merit basis.
About the MA in Music
Are you a performer, composer or music scholar (musicologist)? Cardiff University MA Music is an opportunity to build your skills and challenge yourself both academically and musically.
The course is designed to be flexible, allowing you to tailor your programme of study to best meet your personal career goals and ambitions.

- Performance
- Composition
- Musicology (including Ethnomusicology and Popular Music Studies)

How to Apply
Consideration is automatic on applying for MA Music, with a start date of September 2016 via Cardiff University's Online Application Service. In the research proposal section of your application, please specify the project title and supervisors of this project and copy the project description in the text box provided. In the funding section, please select "I will be applying for a scholarship / grant" and specify that you are applying for advertised funding from the School's International Elite Scholarship scheme.
The deadline for applications is 31 January 2016.
Cardiff University reserves the right to close applications early should sufficient applications be received.
