CALL FOR PROPOSALS - Innovation Ecosystem Mapping
SMEDA seeks to contract a company or consortia to support mapping of innovation ecosystem and strategy development.
SMEDA is co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ Private Sector Development in South Caucasus Programme. SMEDA is part of the EU4Business initiative of the European Union.
The objective is to support the project component “Improved process of commercialization of ideas linking research institutions and businesses via cooperation networks”. The goal of the assignment is to improve the understanding of the innovation ecosystem and the involved actors, institutions and policies (Innovation Ecosystem Mapping).

Selection process – is competitive and will be done based on the submitted financial and technical offers. For details please see Call for Proposals document and Evaluation scheme.
