Postgraduate Colloquium 2020

The Ecclesiastical History Society in association with the University of Rouen, Normandy (GRHis, ERIAC, IUF) warmly invites postgraduate students working on any aspect of ecclesiastical and religious history from late antiquity to the twenty-first century to present twenty-minute papers on their research at a two-day colloquium which will be held in Rouen on May 14th-15th, 2020.
The keynote lecture will be given by Professor Alan Ford (Nottingham University): ‘Protestant or Catholic? The sectarian history of Saint Patrick’.
Abstracts should be no more than 300 words long, including a title and a short biography.
CFP deadline is December 15, 2019. Presenters will be notified of acceptance by January 15, 2020.
9 bursaries are offered for students studying in the UK: train travel (return trip from London to Rouen), conference registration, meals and single accommodation for two nights. Please be aware that UK nationals who will be travelling to the EU in the event of no deal, are required to have a minimum six months remaining on their passports.
