Overview
The winter school on Theoretical Foundations of Computer Science will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia, February 4-9, 2019. The school will be organized by the International Black Sea University with the support of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia (SRNSFG). The intended audience of the winter school includes master and PhD students as well as young researchers from the fields of computer science and mathematics.

Social Events
The first excursion is going to be organized in Georgia's wonderful eastern region Kakheti, which is also known as the "cradle of wine".
On the second excursion, we are going to visit Gudauri, a ski resort in Georgia.
On the official dinner we will present you the wonders of world's famous Georgian Cuisine. The detailed information will be announced later. Please inform the organizing committe about your food constraints after finishing the registration process.
Registration Fees and Deadline
The winter school is free of charge for students from Georgia. Otherwise the fees are:

Reimbursement
In case of written cancellation until January 15, 2019, registration fees will be partially refunded, withholding 40EUR handling fee. For cancellation after this date no reimbursement is possible. Cancellation notification must be confirmed by the school office. Reimbursements are settled after the school.
Grants
We are working to raise funds to support limited number of participants of the school from developing countries.
