CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR GIZ PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME
The GIZ programme “Public Finance Management in South Caucasus” is announcing a call for proposals for the implementation of the following tasks:

Status, overview and assessment of communication tools presently available for the Tax Administration and Analysis of the public perception of the Tax Administration and current reforms

Development of a proposal for the Tax Administration Communication Strategy

Development of detailed communication plans (with detailed action plans) for the 5 program concepts available in the Tax Administration Reforms Strategy for the first year of the Communication Strategy implementation The details for all three assignments can be obtained from the links below as follows:
The Regional Program “Public Financial Management in the South Caucasus” is a part of the Caucasus Initiative. The objective of the program is “Subsystems of public finances in Georgia and Armenia approach European and international standards in the fields of results orientation, efficiency and accountability.”
Selection process
Selection process is competitive and will be done based on the submitted financial and technical offers. The technical offers will be evaluated according to the attached evaluation scheme . For other details please see Call for Proposals document .
