About the conference

FEANTSA’s European Observatory on Homelessness and the Research Group on Social Exclusion and Control (GRECS) at the University of Barcelona are pleased to announce the 12th Annual Research Conference on Homelessness in Barcelona entitled Changing Profiles of Homelessnes: Implications for Services.

The purpose of this conference is to explore the changes in the profiles of homelessness in Europe and elsewhere in the last decade. The conference invites delegates to present papers on new findings on profiles of homelessness and homeless services across Europe. We also encourage submissions which discuss the impacts of the changes on service provision.

Similarly to previous years, the conference will also include open sessions on the broad theme of ‘homelessness and housing exclusion’ from across Europe and elsewhere. Early career researchers are also invited to present their research activities.
