VMG Research Grant Scheme 2020
The Opportunity
It has become clear that leaders in our profession have a critical role in not just overcoming, but embracing the challenges we face. We feel that the VMG are uniquely placed to support not only our own members, but also the whole profession in building an evidence base for best practice in veterinary business, leadership and management. Therefore, following a successful launch last year, we are excited to announce our 2020 call for proposals for VMG Research Grants.
We invite applications for VMG Research Grants of up to £2,000 to support research aimed at advancing our understanding of contemporary veterinary business, leadership and management.
Eligibility
Applications are welcome from practitioners, managers, clinicians, researchers in academia, industry and/or practice, providing they can demonstrate the capability to carry out the proposed research project to a publishable standard. Students are welcome to apply – a letter of support from the student’s supervisor will be required if the application is successful. Undergraduate students may apply for a small award (up to £100) to support an eligible final-year project, research module project, intercalation project, or similar. Again, supervisory approval will be required.
