TITLE: Customer service representative
TERM: Full-time (11AM – 8PM Armenian time)
START DATE: February 2019 (job related trainings will be organized in January 2019)
DURATION: Permanent, with 3 months of probation period
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Company is looking for a Customer support representative to be responsible for handling end user service requests for support on Multi-function Devices i.e. Copier/Print machines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer support calls via phone, email and helpdesk system mainly related Printers and Copier machines
- Identify customers’ needs and organize the appropriate support
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Maintain a good relationship with field technicians
- Perform other job-related duties and tasks as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Understanding of technical terminology related to Printers and Copier machines is a plus
- Resource management
- Understanding of basic logistics and geography worldwide
- Ability to think out of the box and problem solve
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet platforms
- Ability to identify problems and report accordingly
- Pro-activity and sense of responsibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a high pace environment
- Ability to work as a team
