We are proud to launch our 1st Summer School in Barcelona! The program aims to empower people with tools and skills for innovation and design.

Participants People from all over the of the world
Requirements No specific expertise is required. However, some skills and experience might be needed, please read the workshop details for more information.
Language All courses are taught in English
Fee 7.300 DKK / 990 EUR per workshop
Structure Each week-long workshop has been designed to be stand-alone so it is possible to participate in one or two workshops. The workshops generally run from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Tuesday and Friday’s activities will run until 8 pm.
Workshops Since 2017 all workshops are taught in the context of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s).

There is a maximum number of 20 places available for each workshop, first comes first served. Applications will be closed when the workshops are full. Keep in mind that workshops might be cancelled if they don’t have a minimum of 10 participants. Read more about the application process here.

FEES
Each workshop costs: 990 Euro. Includes tuition, prototyping materials and access to the studio/workshop.
We suggest that you use credit/debit card. If you are unable to pay with a credit/debit card you can pay with a bank transfer. However, if we don’t receive your payment within 7 days your workshop bookings will be canceled.

Is there an early bird discount?

Is there a discount for participating in more than 1 week?
No.
Is there a discount for Students?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount for students (if you enrol within the early bird period, everybody receives 50 % discount, but there is no 10 % student discount on top of that). If you are eligible for this discount please check the proper box in the application form and upload a Proof of Enrollment (a document provided by your university which contains information about your student status).
Is there a discount for IDP/SummerSchool Alumni?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount for our Interaction Design Programme or Summer School Alumni (if you enrol within the early bird period, everybody receives 50 % discount, but there is no 10 % student discount on top of that). If you are eligible for this discount please check the proper box in the application form.
