The University of Neuchâtel, in cooperation with the Academic Swiss Caucasus Net (ASCN) Programme, offers 2 PhD students from Georgia or Armenia dealing with migration the opportunity to spend 3 months at the Swiss Forum of Migration and Population Studies (SFM) as visiting researchers. The competition is open to PhD students dealing with the following issues:

- Migration movements

- Refugees and asylum seekers

- Integration

- Racism and discrimination

- Demography

Selected candidates will have an office space within the SFM premises and will thus have the opportunity to work on their PhD project in a state of the art environment. They will also have the opportunity to exchange and discuss their research project with colleagues from the institute and be advised from well-established experts in the field of migration.
