CONFERENCE TOPIC INFORMATION The big bang enlargement of the European Union to 10 new member states (mostly from Central and Eastern Europe) occurred a decade ago. Influence of enlargement on existing and new policies of the European Union as a topic of the paper is greatly welcomed as well.
