Your Tasks could be:

Talent Acquisition HQ:

• Support the interview coordination process including
• Scheduling of interviews with internal and external candidates
• Prepare interview agendas for candidates
• Support in travel booking
• Organise and conduct campus tours
• Take care of the candidates while they on the campus

• Get full insights into the interview process including phone screens, live interviews
• Support with sourcing candidates on relevant platforms
• Maintain applicant tracking system
• Work on own smaller, individual projects
• Support during different TA events

Talent Acquisition Futures

• Support the team within talent acquisition analytics
• Create and follow up on reports
• Work closely with counterparts such as HR IT
• Ensure data quality for talent acquisition
• Support members of the HR community with request regarding the applicant tracking system and act as system expert
• Support employer branding activities
• Maintain social media channels
• Work on own smaller, individual projects
• Support during different TA events

Your Objectives:

• Get to know the full talent acquisition processes at the adidas Group
• Become part of a very international and diverse team
• Learn how to source great talents internally and externally
• Take an active part in the talent acquisition team

Your Profile:

• Student of Human Resources, Psychology or similar
• Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations!)
• Fluent English language skills
• German language skills are beneficial
• Attention to detail
• Self-organized and reliable
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
• Passion for sports
