Managing Global Governance (MGG)

Managing Global Governance (MGGMGG is a training and dialogue format for young professionals from emerging powers. Its purpose is to provide a unique exchange and learning opportunity on the challenges of creating a sustainable, equitable and effective global governance architecture.

The young professionals are selected from among the most promising in the government and research institutions of our eight partner nations: Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Pakistan and South Africa.

The goal is to actively encourage high-level networking among tomorrow’s leaders from partner countries and Germany/Europe. The exchange of ideas and experiences is critical in establishing an effective and on-going dialogue between emerging powers and Germany/Europe. This horizontal dialogue can support the development of new forms of global cooperation and partnerships. These are indispensable to tackle the global challenges the world is facing today ranging from climate change to financial market stability to global development.
