Shadows is the theme for this months competition. Shadows, both subtle and dramatic will always have an impact on the mood, composition and overall flow of our compositions. From the sublime to the bold they have also long been a critical part of many of the worlds finest images!
Show us your best frames and moments captured and presented using the power of the Shadow!
Selection
Works will be selected based on creativity, quality of execution and uniqueness of vision.
The work can be expressed from realism to abstraction.
Prizes
Cash Awards up to $5,000 to the Top Three Photographers.

General Submission Rules
- Enter your submissions online via our entry form.
- Entries must follow the competition theme.
- All competitions are open to both amateur and professional artists.
- Competitions are international.
- Contestants must 18 years old to participate and shall not be on the staff of The Motif Collective or an immediate family member of the staff.
- Image Files must be in JPG format.
- Files may not exceed 1MB and should be appx 1200x900 in jpg format only.
- No watermarks of any kind can be placed on the submissions.
- Images must have been created by the entrant.
- Please retain your original digital file as it may be required to prove authenticity.
