PUMA Internship in Regional Merchandising

Become a member of our successful Merchandising team based in Herzogenaurach for 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
The following tasks and projects are waiting for you:
- Organization of meetings and conference calls (e.g. 360 global product launch meeting, go-to-market meetings, etc.)
- Support the creation of workbooks and sell-in tools as well as Merchandising presentations
- UPS Sample handling, servicing the European areas
- SMU database input and maintenance/tracking
- Updating and optimizing the intranet Teamplace as a service to area and regional teams
- Administrative support such as travel bookings, consolidation of Excel files, updating systems and the regional calendar
Qualifications
- Enrolled student, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- Advanced user knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint, Lotus Notes knowledge a plus, familiar with working with databases
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken), German a plus
- Teamplayer mentality with the ability to work independently as well
- Ability to multi-task and to support a diverse team of Merchandising experts
- Organizational talent with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Interest in design and product (footwear, apparel, accessories)
- Ability to liaise with multiple partners in various countries as well as global functions
