Sales Support Specialist (Evening & Night Shifts)
Job Description
BetConstruct is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Specialist tomaintain communication with partners and assist them in selecting products best suited to their needs.
The working hours are as follows: Monday-Sunday (7:00 pm- 2:00 am, 2:00 am- 10:00 am) with 2 days off.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with partners through regular phone and online means of contact
- Evaluate customer needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
- Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
- Strong communication skills
- Result driven and extremely organized
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, contact management software & other in house software
