Title: Retention Specialist

Responsibilities

  - Make retention calls to current customers for sales and revenue generation, in a high-intensity call center environment
  - Identify and resolve customer issues through creative sales techniques
  - Make outbound retention calls to existing customers who have recently obtained and/or upgraded services on their account
  - Answer customer questions about new products and services
  - Provide phone assistance on a wide variety of customer issues
  - Successfully present products by utilizing effective sales and persuasion skills based on solid knowledge of company's products
  - Develop highly empathetic client relationships and earn reputation for exceeding retention goals
  - Identify customer needs through various inquiries that lead to issue resolution
  - Introduce products and services to existing customers
  - Focus on the retention of customers through active listening, empathy, and taking ownership of customer issues through for resolution
  - Understand and promote current marketing campaigns in order to sell and retain customers
  - Sell new products to existing customers
  - Make outbound customer retention calls
  - Identify sales opportunities while servicing customers, upselling
  - Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and database

Qualification

  - 2+ years of customer retention or service experience
  - Highly organized
  - Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  - Communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone
  - Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective conversation style
  - Excellent computer skills
  - Excellent knowledge of Armenian is required, Russian and English desired
  - Demonstrated ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
  - Capacity to thrive in a high-change, often ambiguous business environment
